giving me a headache when i wanted to study
and i really cant do anything now, its killing me.
so i wasted another sunday doing nothing
its so sinful.
i ordered my supplements online and its so much cheaper i swear
almost half price of what i get from GNC
anyway it writes that WHEY PROTEIN contains Acesulfame-K
its a artificial sweetening agent
it actually have some unconfirmed research that is carcinogenic
which means it can actually cause cancer
so dont be suprised that if one day im diagnosed with cancer
dont tell me to stop taking them
its already to late to turn back
i've been consuming it for almost half a year
and i cant possibly return the goods i bought today
and theres no products that can provide the amount of protein
i believe if i were to die, theres lots of victims too anyway
so i couldnt be much bothered by it
for now, i will only continue to train hard and pray hard.
