jus if you're asking how's my training progression. my abs still not yet pebble like. i wanna get it till it's like those reflex-foot therapy pebbles which those elderly walk on. i make sure when people are stepping on my abs, it makes them go "OUCH! OUCH! OUCH!" HAHAHA. PEBBLE-LIKE ABS. one day, soon. if people ask me one day which is my most valuable/expensive of me, without a doubt the answer would be the muscles hahaha. jus calculate the money used on gym sessions, whey protein and creatine, not forgetting the precious time spent. when you're happily sleeping(especially saturdays) im torturing myself in the gym taking those "metal and plastic biscuits". (i deserve some hardworking recognition) HAA!
